My child received a MyMusix PD-6070 as a gift and we cannot get it to play music. We have tried the drag and drop method but still it doesn't play music. Any advise you can give would be greatly appreciated as she is only 10 and this is her first MP3 player. She is ready to cry cuz MOM can't fix it. So if you won't answer for her, please help out a frustrated Mom.

have you tried to plug it in and open windows media player?i think that's the best way to do it. it worked on mine. jus plug it, open windows media player program and press the sync tab.just put all the songs you want on the the side bar and press the sync button. hope it works!!
