I'm looking for some anti-virus software. What is the best???
Does all anti-virus software protect against hackers and spyware too??? If not, is there a good software for it? |

You need 3 things to protect yourself:
Virus Software -- Norton or McAffee (you can probably find this for free via some shareware, but you'd really have to hunt and well, its not expensive. Its worth it to pay for it.) Anti-Spyware - Microsoft (free - just download off their website) Firewall - is built into windows XP operating system - you just have to turn it on. If you arent running XP, then Norton offers a firewall. |

I use avast for virus protection its free and good
I use spybot Search and Destroy and Ad aware for adware/spyware protection (again, good and FREE) I have XP, so I have built-in firewall protection. If you want antivirus that you pay for, Norton is very good and has a great internet suite |

I use Cyberdefender and I really like it. I like the user interface and the 24/7 support. I've already seen it in action preventing some bad things.
