hi everyone
I understand the worried mood when Our mp3 players can't charge. Now I tell you some simple steps to check the problem.

First you must make sure that the cable link is ok
And Then Please try to charge your player by the following method.
1. Slide the switch to ON.
2. Hook up the player via the USB cord with your computer.
3. Charge it for at least 5 hours, but not over 8 hours.
4. After charging, slide the switch back to OFF, then slide the switch to ON again.
5. Press the play button for a few seconds in order to power it on.
6. Operate the player and see how long it can last.

This is my simple methord to deal with mp3 can't charge. what's your method? Any suggestion will appreciated ! tongue.gif
