 Computer Wont Reconize Mp3 Player |

I'm running Windows ME and I just purchased a Nextar MA566 Mp3 player.
I plug it in to the USB and it wont reconize it as an external Drive. what should I do? any help would be greatly appreciated. |

u could try another usb slot if u dont have one then try it on another computer becuase it does that on my laptop but not on my regular computer so it could just be that theres a malfunction in ur USB slot
