Several days ago I plugged the device into the USB port in my harddrive and proceeded to add songs to the device. I left it plugged in and this morning I picked it up and saw that the device's screen had gone blank. I unplugged the cord form the device, waited a minute, then plugged it back in, but it did not respond. I also tried unplugging the cord from the USB port, restarting the computer, and disconnected the cord from the device again several times. Still, the device and the computer do no respond.
The device still works just fine, is fully charged and everything.
Any idea why the cord is no longer working?
